Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance decants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of exchanges based on fragrance preference.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact ZK Scent Studio within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

If we determine that an item was damaged in transit or an order was fulfilled incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
